7 Realities in Leading Change

Over the years I have both personally led large change initiatives and have advised leaders in how to successfully lead their firm’s change initiatives.  Throughout these experiences, I have learned that there are some fundamental truths – realities I call them – that every leader must understand as they lead their change.

I often refer to these realities as the “Change Leaders Mindset.”  These realities are the mental bedrock foundations for any leader to successfully lead their team through change, be it a small transition or a radical transformation.
